Anderson found Dad not far away, hand outstretched. He quickly returned by the Sheriff's side. "I'll take the living with me," he quietly muttered and then called Richard sharply, snapping him out of shock.

The sherrif stepped over to Richard, reaching into his pocket and handing the locket to Richard, "Make sure the girl gets this" he said then walked away.

Izzabella finally drifted into darkness. (not dead- just unconscious again better make ur next post a lg one )

(time skip) Anderson's cure apparently worked, and there was a definite improvement in her health. And in that period, most of the townspeople had heard of the events. Some mourned, and some looted.
When the doctor had convinced Richard to leave her for a while, on the terms that they would need food, he had taken Witness out to hunt again. And when a certain somebody tried to drag Lady away, the guy had ended up running his bullets.
And he dreaded to tell Izzabella about her parent's fate.

Lady followed behind Witness intently, trotting alongside him, not spooking at all at the close sound of the shot of a gun when Richard took aim at something.
